We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our EMEA Finance Team, supporting statutory compliance, tax, transfer pricing, internal control activities, other core accounting activities across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

Tax & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare Trial Balance and other documents and details, collaborating with the Accounting Team and in accordance with local regulations, required for the financial statements, corporate income tax returns, transfer pricing documentation preparation by the advisors and auditors.
• Ensure timely filing of local statutory reports and declarations.
• Manage compliance with direct and indirect tax obligations, including but not limited to: VAT, Withholding taxes, Intrastat declarations, other fiscal declarations according to each local requirement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with fiscal and statutory requirements in coordination with Group Finance and local consultants.

Other Accounting Responsibilities

• Balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with Group accounting standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in automation and standardization efforts.
• Support ad hoc financial and compliance projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, tax, or compliance, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Technical Accounting and local tax legislation.
• Experience with corporate income tax, VAT, and statutory reporting according to IAS principles.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft tools (Excell, etc.)

We offer permanent contract with a competitive salary package in the range of €50,000 – €60,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and seniority, along with a diverse range of benefits designed to support our employees' physical and emotional well-being.
