Key Responsibilities

•Accounting operations — processing accounting documents, monthly and annual closings.
•Data accuracy control — oversight of accounting records and compliance with legislation.
•Financial reporting — preparation of reports and analyses for the CFO and management.
•Audit support — providing documentation, explanations, and cooperation during internal and external audits.
•Process optimization — proposing improvements to increase efficiency of accounting workflows.
•Mentoring junior accountants — professional guidance and support for less experienced team members.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting legislation
• Active knowledge of English and ability to communicate confidently in English
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and responsibility
