Where You’ll Make a Difference
 

• Drive growth of the business across the Greater Asia region.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and achieve annual targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead and drive commercial innovation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Understand customer strategies, brand priorities, and innovation roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from brief to commercialization with cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and translate insights into strategies.

What Makes You the Right Fit  

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.
• Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
• Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets.
