THE ROLE
This Senior Sales Specialist for Evergreen Subscription (EG1) Sales in the Central Region will serve as Everpure’s premier commercial authority on subscription and consumption-based data solutions. You will architect high-value, multi-year subscription transactions and steer regional go-to-market execution across key enterprise and mid-market organizations. Operating with substantial autonomy, you partner directly with regional Account Executives, sales leadership, and customer executives to convert business strategy into recurring revenue growth across the Enterprise and Commercial segments in the Central region.
Location: Chicago
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect, structure, and negotiate high-impact Evergreen subscription agreements across Central Region Enterprise and Commercial accounts, balancing customer financial priorities (OpEx/CapEx models and consumption profiles) with Everpure's long-term commercial goals.
- Partner closely with regional Account Executives, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex commercial requirements, streamline non-standard contract terms, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Engage directly with customer executive leadership and technical decision-makers to demonstrate the operational and economic advantages of the Evergreen subscription portfolio.
- Deploy repeatable commercial plays and provide expert enablement to Central field teams, elevating domain proficiency in subscription mechanics and deal structuring.
- Channel regional market dynamics and customer feedback back to Product Management, Pricing, and Sales Leadership to continuously optimize go-to-market execution and commercial policies.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Demonstrated track record of leading, structuring, and closing complex enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, or subscription transactions within Enterprise or Commercial accounts.
- Advanced commercial mastery of recurring revenue mechanics, including ARR, TCV, ACV, and consumption- or utilization-based financial models.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior decision-makers and cross-functional buying committees through clear commercial and financial analysis.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with demonstrated success guiding and aligning matrixed sales teams without formal managerial authority.
- This is a remote, field-based position supporting our Central territory, with a strong preference for candidates based within a major regional hub, ideally the greater Chicago area.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
