As a Senior Account Director, you will cultivate senior client relationships, motivated by work that makes a meaningful and sustained impact. You’ll transform our client’s business by identifying and creating opportunities that add value across their digital ecosystem, with a focus on owned channels, CRM strategy, and bringing multi-channel marketing calendars to life in-app and across digital touchpoints.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Identify and cultivate business growth opportunities through strong client relationships.
Be accountable for revenue and forecast management across accounts, ensuring reporting accuracy and pipeline health.
Build strong, cohesive relationships across an ecosystem of clients, partner agencies and internal teams.
Encourage a fearless, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and driving digital performance.
Drive, inspire, and coach a high-performing, passionate team.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Thorough strategic and commercial knowledge within a digital agency environment.
Experience across CRM, owned channels, or CX platform projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
A collaborative ‘one team’ approach that enables client and agency village partners to work cohesively.
Demonstrable experience delivering measurable business impact, with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
