  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct investigative analyses, and find opportunities to improve and optimize search campaign performance.

  • Analyze, experiment with, and refine existing SEM account structures, campaign types, bid strategies, budgets, targeting methods, and creative assets to improve performance across core paid search programs.

  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging Search capabilities, including Performance Max, AI Max for Search, feed-based campaigns, feed readiness, creative automation, and audience signal strategies, to advance the future-state Search roadmap.

  • Own SEM performance narratives for stakeholders and leadership, including forecasting, budget recommendations, spend pacing, attribution insights, and executive-ready reporting.

  • Lead SEM knowledge-sharing sessions covering standard methodologies, strategy, industry updates, platform changes, automation, AI Search, Shopping, measurement, and testing learnings.

  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and follow agile principles as part of an agile team, using project management software.

  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and platform recommendations to improve campaign performance, workflow efficiency, testing velocity, and decision-making while applying sound business judgment and appropriate human oversight.

  • Use data, dashboards, and performance narratives to communicate actionable insights that improve critical metrics and inform business decisions.

  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
