Titan Security is currently hiring an Assistant Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Security Manager include but are no limited to:
- Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.
- Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Fill in for the Site Manager (in their absence) or open Shift Security Captain positions.
- Trained to cover any position under their supervision.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle inspections
- Document departmental pre-operational vehicle checks
- Provide both departmental vehicle inventories and general departmental inventories.
- Review traffic enforcement, specifically including a summary of written tickets.
- Provide a summary of patrol activities.
- Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections.
- Provide a summary of active security systems and any equipment impairments.
- Outline a summary of safety concerns.
- Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary.
- Report a summary of gate paperwork discrepancies.
- Provide a summary of generated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Benefits:
Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience. Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
Preferred Certifications: CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-10.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.
Salary & Benefits: Base Salary of $45k-$50k yearly, plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
