Summary:

As an OT Security Consultant, your typical day involves assessing, designing, and enhancing cybersecurity controls for Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and SCADA environments. You will work closely with clients to identify security risks, develop remediation strategies, and implement robust security solutions to protect critical industrial assets. You will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, industrial control systems, security assessments, and risk management to deliver secure and resilient OT environments. Your role also includes contributing to the development of new cybersecurity service offerings, supporting business development initiatives, and driving innovation in industrial security practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Provide subject matter expertise in the execution of Operational Technology (OT) security workshops, risk assessments, and remediation engagements.
Conduct security reviews and assessments of OT, ICS, and SCADA environments to identify security gaps and recommend improvements.
Develop cybersecurity strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and security enhancement plans for clients.
Lead solution engineering activities and oversee project delivery for OT security engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical security solutions.
Support the development of new industrial cybersecurity products, services, and offerings to reduce cyber risk in OT environments.
Perform security research, consulting, and security assessments covering OT Security, ICS Security, SCADA Security, Network Security, Embedded Security, and Industrial Security domains.
Architect, recommend, and implement security solutions for industrial control systems, applications, data, assets, and personnel.
Support presales activities, proposal development, scope definition, and marketing initiatives for OT security services.
Assist in building internal industrial security capabilities, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Operational Technology (OT) Security, Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security, SCADA Security, Network Security.
Good To Have Skills: Web Penetration Testing, Infrastructure Security Testing, Endpoint Security Testing, Application Security Testing, IoT/IIoT Security.
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in security research, consulting, and security assessments covering OT Security, ICS Security, SCADA Security, and Network Security.
Preferred experience in Web, Infrastructure, IoT/IIoT, Endpoint, and Application Penetration Testing.
Extensive expertise in cybersecurity with a strong focus on OT and Industrial Control System security.
Comprehensive understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, DCS, HMIs, and industrial control devices.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, and IEC 61511.
Experience in performing risk assessments, incident management, and security strategy development within OT environments.
Proficiency in administering and managing industrial cybersecurity platforms and OT monitoring solutions.
Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies commonly used in ICS environments, including operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
Hands-on experience with industrial cybersecurity tools and technologies such as Nozomi, Dragos, Tenable, Network Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and industrial firewalls.
Experience with vulnerability research, threat modeling, security code reviews, reverse engineering, exploitation techniques, and security testing methodologies including fuzzing and penetration testing.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders effectively.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security.
Experience in developing OT security capabilities, service offerings, frameworks, and solutions will be an added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and deliver results within cross-functional teams.
This position is based at multiple location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
