The Security Agent is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and security of employees, hotel guests, visitors, and residents, as well as safeguarding their property. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Security field required.
Luxury hospitality experience (Preferred).
Technical knowledge and certifications in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations,
hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response
*This position requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico, and Spanish proficiency is essential.
Master Your Craft
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the Security Department, guests, employees, and all hotel property.
Become familiar with the hotel's fire safety equipment in order to respond quickly to any emergency.
Handle all interactions with employees and guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve guest complaints; assist guests and employees with all inquiries related to hotel services.
