As our SEA Value Leadership Packaging Development Technologist, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that delight consumers while driving our Value Leadership ambitions. Working closely with regional and cross-functional teams, you'll transform ideas into scalable packaging innovations that strengthen our brands and manufacturing excellence.

What You’ll Do

As our SEA Value Leadership Packaging Development Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive Packaging Value Leadership – Lead packaging renovation and value leadership projects across Southeast Asia, delivering innovative, consumer-focused, and cost-effective packaging solutions.
• Lead End-to-End Packaging Development – Develop packaging concepts from prototype through industrial trials, commissioning, validation, and successful market implementation while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner Across Functions – Collaborate with regional R&D, Marketing, Buyers, Supply, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet business, consumer, and operational needs.
• Provide Technical Leadership – Lead packaging risk assessments, support manufacturing troubleshooting, maintain technical documentation and specifications, and continuously improve packaging performance and cost competitiveness.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience – 5–10 years of experience in packaging research and development, ideally within FMCG, food, pet food, or related manufacturing industries.
• Key Skills – Strong knowledge of packaging materials, packaging manufacturing processes, cost optimization, project management, and sustainable packaging technologies.
• Soft Skills – Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a regional environment.
• Qualifications – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong English communication skills.
