As a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead - Manager, you will drive the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, and develop skills outside your comfort zone while encouraging others to do the same. Responsibilities

- Leading agile teams in the development and delivery of innovative software solutions
- Guiding the implementation of software engineering best practices to enhance product quality
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to develop and test applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards
- Encouraging continuous improvement and embracing change within the team
- Analyzing system components to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and foster a collaborative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, preferably with prior technical experience as a Developer, QA, or Business Analyst 

Strong understanding of end-to-end application functionality, APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies 

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives 

Experience managing Agile delivery across multiple workstreams and distributed onshore/offshore teams 

Strong experience with sprint and PI-level delivery tracking including capacity, velocity, burndown, risks, and dependencies 

Ability to identify and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies, blockers, technical debt, and delivery risks 

Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with experience communicating delivery status, risks, and technical trade-offs to senior leadership 

Experience with resource and capacity planning across multi-vendor / contractor / FTE teams 

Strong understanding of Scrum, Scrumban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile delivery models 

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; experience with delivery dashboards / AI-driven reporting tools preferred 

CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred 

Experience in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services technology programs strongly preferred 

Strong communication, ownership, servant leadership, adaptability, and customer-first mindset
