BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager for our Raleigh Assistive Care State Programs Office in Raleigh, NC.
This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys solving problems, coordinating schedules, supporting caregivers, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients and families. What You’ll Do
As a Client Services Manager, you’ll play an important role in connecting clients with the caregivers they depend on. You will:
- Coordinate client services and respond quickly to scheduling needs and changes
- Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
- Deliver an exceptional experience for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners
- Build strong relationships with referral sources, payors, and community organizations throughout the Raleigh area
- Partner closely with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees, including HHAs and CNAs
- Monitor key performance and financial metrics for your caseload
- Collaborate with your office team to solve problems and ensure clients receive reliable, high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Comfort working with technology and electronic medical record systems
- Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals
Preferred:
- Home care staffing or scheduling experience
- Medicaid experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
