Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead fragrance strategy and creative direction to support business and customer objectives.
- Drive fragrance development projects from concept to execution, ensuring speed, quality, and commercial success.
- Partner with perfumers and cross-functional teams to create market-relevant and brand-aligned fragrance solutions.
- Provide insights on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to guide innovation.
- Manage and leverage fragrance portfolio and scent bank for current and future opportunities.
- Apply strong olfactive expertise to evaluate fragrances, identify winning concepts, and shape creative vision.
- Balance creativity, performance, and cost considerations to deliver profitable fragrance solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate fragrance strategies and recommendations.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Proven experience leading fragrance strategy and creative direction for customer projects.
- Strong olfactive evaluation skills with the ability to identify fragrances that align with brand positioning and market needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with perfumers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Strong understanding of fragrance development processes, including execution, portfolio management, and speed-to-market.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity, performance, cost, and customer requirements.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive fragrance landscape.
- Experience leveraging fragrance banks/portfolios for innovation and cross-category opportunities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate fragrance recommendations, trends, and creative rationale.
