• Owns end-to-end supply chain operations, including 3PL and warehousing.

• Ensures full compliance with chemical business regulations and local statutory requirements.

• Designs and implements a scalable supply chain model to support current and future SBUs.

• Acts as a key risk-control function for the Vietnam legal entity.
