- Write and edit technical documents, including reports, user guidance, briefings, presentations, functional descriptions, guidelines, and special reports, to meet contract requirements.
- Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by SBAS leads and federal staff, ensuring final documents meet applicable regulations and standards.
- Research and gather technical and background information from project staff, technical documents, and library resources, and verify the guidelines and regulations governing each deliverable.
- Write in plain, simplified language, produce Section 508-compliant material, and support SOP, article, and template updates on PWS timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree in business or project management may substitute for up to 3 years.
- Specialized experience creating Word templates with standardized styles that enforce strict formatting, and creating standardized PowerPoint presentation templates.

- Demonstrated ability to write in simplified, plain language.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a favorable ICE background investigation (Entry on Duty).
Preferred:
- Experience preparing Section 508-compliant material.
- Experience using Confluence and requirements management software such as JIRA, MS Team Foundation Server, or Azure DevOps.
