The Role

Your Role:

As a seasoned SAP Finance Support Specialist, you will deliver round-the-clock operational support for large-scale, global systems across SAP FI/CO, BPC, and S/4HANA Finance platforms. Your core focus will be driving month-end closing procedures, managing cost centers, overseeing profitability reporting, and facilitating Group Reporting needs. You excel at turning complicated financial workflows into effective SAP functional setups, protecting system integration, and upholding strict data accuracy. Through proactive incident resolution and collaborative stakeholder communication, you will ensure seamless financial operations and system reliability.

What you will do:

• Provide 24x7 Functional Support: Deliver round-the-clock technical support for core SAP FI/CO and BPC modules, ensuring high availability of financial systems.

• Manage Enterprise Reporting: Focus directly on the maintenance, optimization, and monitoring of SAP Group Reporting and Cost Center functionalities.

• Track Profitability Performance: Manage and optimize technical configurations to ensure precise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Client Profitability tracking.

• Translate Business Requirements: Analyze complex financial workflows and seamlessly translate corporate business processes into functional SAP requirements.

• Ensure Integration Integrity: Maintain and secure seamless integration points between core Finance modules, BPC, and various downstream reporting tools to ensure data accuracy.

• Lead Financial Closings: Oversee and drive functional support for high-stakes corporate month-end and year-end financial closing cycles.

• Resolve Critical Incidents: Act as the primary technical point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve high-priority financial reporting incidents and system bugs.

• Drive Technical Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor cutting-edge SAP solutions that meet unique industry-specific financial compliance needs.

• Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of in-depth experience with SAP FICO, BPC, and S/4HANA Finance

• Strong understanding of financial accounting, consolidation, and profitability analysis

• Proven experience in a 24x7 global enterprise support environment

• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and ITIL-based incident management

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills to translate technical issues to finance teams

• Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree and relevant certification(s)
