As a SAP Basis Architect (SAP RISE) - Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, focusing on SAP technology. Within our SAP practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant, while directing teams through complexity and demonstrating composure in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies to optimize operational efficiency
- Managing SAP RISE projects and providing strategic technology planning to achieve client objectives
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and insights generation
- Collaborating with teams to implement business transformation initiatives using SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
- Applying analytical thinking and process optimization to improve software solutions and client integration
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and drive business application consulting success
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine SAP solutions and services
- Directing teams through challenging situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Promoting AI-human collaboration and embracing change to innovate SAP technology processes
- Building relationships with stakeholders to support seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Leveraging advanced skills in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
