THE WORK:

Explore opportunities to contribute actively and independently while develop expertise within SAP Customer Service processes while contributing to project and application management activities under the guidance of senior teqam members. You will participate in discussions and collaborate to provide thoughtful solutions to work-related challenges. Engage in business and technology transformation projects at various stages.
Identify project scope and define clear requirements.
Create functional and technical specifications to guide project development.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions and assist in managing change efforts.
Leverage deep functional, industry, or domain knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

- Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design.
- Beginner proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills such as Business Process Design, SAP, ERP or related functional SAP consulting roles is a plus point.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

- Intermediate proficiency in process mapping.
- Beginner proficiency in stakeholder engagement.
