1.    Responsibility/ Trách nhiệm:
1.1) Vận hành máy: 
•    Vận hành máy Phun cát để xử lý bề mặt các sản phẩm Tua vít, Ngũ kim theo đúng quy trình kỹ thuật.
•    Đảm bảo chất lượng bề mặt sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn về độ sạch, độ nhám và thẩm mỹ theo yêu cầu.
•    Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các hướng dẫn vận hành máy móc.

1.2) Kiểm soát chất lượng: 
•    Tự kiểm tra liệu đúng quy định trước khi đưa liệu vào Phun cát.
•    Tự kiểm tra ngoại quan BỀ MẶT và KÍCH THƯỚC sản phẩm sau khi xử lý phun cát. 
•    Đảm bảo các sản phẩm làm ra đạt tiêu chuẩn BỀ MẶT và KÍCH THƯỚC.
•    Phân loại hàng đạt chuẩn và hàng lỗi hoặc hàng chờ xử lý lại.
•    Báo cáo kịp thời các sự cố chất lượng sản phẩm cho quản lý.

1.3) Bảo trì sơ cấp: 
•    Vệ sinh máy móc, thay túi lọc bụi định kỳ và sàng lọc lại cát để tái sử dụng. 
•    Kiểm tra và bảo dưỡng máy móc trước, trong và sau ca làm việc.
•    Báo cáo kịp thời các sự cố máy móc, vật tư cho quản lý.

1.4) An toàn & 5S: 
•    Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt việc sử dụng đồ bảo hộ (mặt nạ, găng tay, nút tai). 
•    Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các Chính sách và Quy định An toàn lao động, Vệ sinh công nghiệp và Phòng chống cháy nổ.
•    Giữ gìn vệ sinh sạch sẽ Khu vực làm việc và trong nhà máy.
•    Tham gia các lớp Huấn luyện An toàn & 5S.
•    Báo cáo kịp thời các sự cố An toàn & 5S cho quản lý.

1.5) Các trách nhiệm khác:
•    Bảo quản, bảo dưỡng máy móc, thiết bị, dụng cụ được giao.
•    Đảm bảo hiệu xuất, năng xuất các công việc đã được giao và báo cáo mỗi ngày.
•    Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để hoàn thiện sản phẩm đúng tiến độ.
•    Bàn giao công việc còn dang dở chưa hoàn thành cho người ca sau vào nhận ca.
•    Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Cán bộ Quản lý.

2.    Accountability/ Quyền hạn:
•    Ký nhận đơn từ liên quan tới công việc.
•   Được tham gia các lớp Huấn luyện An toàn.
•    Góp ý, đề xuất các phương án cải tiến nâng cấp máy móc thiết bị để đảm bảo an toàn, nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
•    Yêu cầu quản lý trực tiếp hổ trợ những vấn đề không thể tự giải quyết được hay vượt quá quyền hạn.
