As a Salesforce Revenue Accounting Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes and drive revenue growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client needs and develop meaningful relationships that foster trust and collaboration. This role is client-focused, requiring you to anticipate client needs and provide innovative solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them grow their skills while maintaining professional standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will deepen your understanding of the business context and use your technical strengths to analyze complex concepts, interpret feedback, and develop insights that inform client recommendations. Responsibilities

- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client service capabilities
- Developing and executing project plans for Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud solutions
- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce applications
- Leading the integration of enterprise software and IT infrastructure with Salesforce platforms
- Designing innovative solutions to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to meet client objectives
- Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate user adoption and system utilization
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
- Supporting business model development and process standardization initiatives within client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems

• Accounting Standards Implementation: 

• Basic understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15. 

• Familiarity with revenue management tools like Zuora Revenue, RevStream, RightRev, or Oracle RMCS is a plus. 

• Salesforce Knowledge: 

• Exposure to Salesforce and its role in supporting upstream business processes. 

• Data Integration: 

• Experience in integrating data between systems, particularly ERP and revenue management tools, is beneficial. 

• Analytical Skills: 

• Ability to analyze and interpret business processes and requirements. 

• Preferred Certifications: 

• Salesforce Admin 

• Exposure to certifications like Zuora Revenue/Billing or Oracle RMCS is an advantage but not mandatory. 
  - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
  - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
  - Implementing technology solutions to enhance business processes
  - Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
  - Embracing change and innovation in technology integration
