As a Salesforce Data Cloud- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training for seamless integration of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success
- Managing technical projects and systems to support client objectives
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
- Embracing emerging technologies to innovate and improve client service delivery
- Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of Salesforce consulting strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration
- Developing training materials and implementing technology solutions
- Navigating complex client situations with effective communication and teamwork skills
