As a Salesforce Adobe Content- AEM Sites, Assets, Workfront, Genstudio- Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that values adaptability, reliability, and personal growth. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support business applications effectively
- Assisting in the integration and utilization of software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless application adoption
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client value
- Engaging in project tasks to develop skills and knowledge in business application consulting
- Applying analytical reasoning to discern patterns and inform strategic decisions
- Supporting the implementation of technology solutions to meet client objectives
- Participating in the development of documentation for application processes
- Utilizing business data analytics to optimize client operations and performance
- Contributing to the management of project resources and timelines to achieve desired outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Configures and supports assigned Workfront workflows, automations, and integrations with limited guidance

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification

-Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration. 

• Proven expertise with Workfront APIs and Workfront Fusion for automation and integration use cases. 

• Solid understanding of project, program, resource, and enterprise work-management concepts. 

• Experience with RESTful services, JSON, authentication models, and enterprise integration patterns. 
  - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce and Adobe Content tools
