Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.

• Develop and implement Salesforce workflows reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, mentor users or team members, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of data management and security best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce workflows reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
