Our Golf Business, part of the Commerce & Marketing Company (like Rakuten Ichiba/Travel), operates "Rakuten GORA," Japan's largest golf course booking site.

Our mission is "A Rakuten ID for every golfer." We're diversifying beyond just bookings, expanding both B2C and B2B services. Our goal is to revitalize the golf industry and grow our business, driven by a diverse team of new and experienced professionals.

Department Overview
The Business Innovation Department drives innovation by launching new golf-related services. We've released several groundbreaking services, including golf lesson services, golf course revenue management consulting, and swing analysis apps.

We continuously improve and expand our services (growing our client base and service offerings) to meet diverse user needs (e.g., fashion, food, cosmetics) and client demands (e.g., sales growth, promotions, data).

Position Details
In this role, you'll engage with external partners to list them on Rakuten GORA. You'll also act as a consultant for existing clients, maximizing lesson service bookings and driving sales growth. No prior golf industry experience is required, we provide comprehensive training.

Mandatory Qualifications:
・Sales experience (especially B2B proposal sales, consulting, Web/Ad industry, manufacturing, etc.)
・Valid driver's license (comfortable driving)
・Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
・TOEIC score of 800+ or motivation to achieve equivalent within 2 years.

Additional information on Location
Initial Placement: Tokyo or Nagoya
Relocation: Nationwide transfers possible.
Current Offices: 7 locations (Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka).
Note: While preferences are considered, future transfers may occur with business expansion. This offers a chance to contribute to growth across Japan.
