Location: Field position. You will travel around 60% of your annual time around Poland, 40% from home.

The Job:

As the Sales Team Leader, you’ll be part of our sales team working as a field employee. You’ll get to:

• Responsibility for implementing the sales plan in Poland in the modern channel.
• Supporting and developing the skills of team members.
• Maintaining the appropriate level of motivation and commitment of team members.
• Setting individual and group goals, monitoring their effectiveness and accounting for their implementation.
• Analysing sales results and presenting reports to Sales Manager Poland.
• Analysis of competitors' activities on the market.
• Collaboration with key clients.
• Conducting recruitments.

• Polish fluent and English communicative.
• Proven experience in sales departments.

Salary Range: 104 500 - 167 900 PLN gross annually.
