The Latam Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and developing Channel Partners across LATAM, while directly supporting assigned territories through technical and commercial expertise.

This position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Food and Beverage Sales department located in Diadema, SP and will work remotely to cover all Latam countries.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

·       Provide technical and commercial support to Channel Partners and customers across LATAM, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

·       Conduct customer visits, identify opportunities to expand Pall solutions and capture system opportunities in the region.

·       Develop and grow GSA accounts in collaboration with Channel Partners, building strong customer relationships and enhancing market penetration.

·       Manage sales forecasting and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and SAP to support business planning and execution.

·       Serve as the key interface between Sales, Service, Customer Service, Operations, and Channel Partners, ensuring effective communication and seamless project execution.

The essential requirements of the job include:

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in technical and commercial applications, process engineering and customer-facing role.

·       Fluent Portuguese, advanced Spanish and English.

·       Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

·      

Ability to travel – more than 50% in LATAM countries and Valid driver’s license

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience supporting breweries, beverages, dairy, protein, or adjacent Food & Beverage markets.
• Knowledge of filtration, separation, clarification, membrane, or bioprocess technologies.

• Commercial experience working with Channel Partners to drive business growth through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.  This is the target earnings as 42,86% of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
