Job Description:

Job Responsibilities   

• The key point of contact within the Personal Safety Division for the following market centres / focus on : 

Mining, Oil and Gas 

Heavy Metal and Transportation 

Chemicals, and General Industries 

• Visit our key end users within these groups and understand the opportunity to drive growth of PSD Products, and doing hands-on if needed 

• Work with the Indonesia marketing teams to deliver PSD programs into the above markets.  

• Lead major projects that are a benefit to PSD through Safety event, Seminar, Conference and Safety Associations and other divisions collaboration  

   

Knowledge & Skills   

·         Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders.  

·         Good knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce.com desirable.  

·         Experienced sales professional with technical capabilities Personal Safety experience/application knowledge would be an advantage.  

·         A proven track record of delivering sales results above plan.  

·         Self-motivated, goal oriented and high commitment 

·         Disciplined and well organised with a strong sense of personal ownership.  

·         Acts with uncompromising honesty, integrity and professional ethics at all times. 

.         Strong in English and Ability to speak chinnese preferable 

   

Qualifications  

·         Degree level education preferred.  

·         Engineering, Business or Marketing qualification and/or MBA desirable with minimum 3 – 5 years related working experience from well-known university 

Location – Balikpapan, Kalimantan (Remote) 

Territory – Focus on Kalimantan, and other selected area
