Must to have
- Minimum 3y of sales experience or 5y of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Possess proven client needs diagnosis skills to identify and address hidden customer needs.
- Thrive under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Willingness to travel and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and enjoy teamwork.
Nice to have
- Science Degree: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the electronic material supply chain, Micron market, or experience in the semiconductor-chemical supply chain is highly valued.
- Sales Certification: Possess professional sales certifications like Miller Heiman. Cross-cultural Management: Experience leading diverse teams across different regions.
