The Sales Executive - Mobility Services is responsible for creating and providing additional value to Ayvens by cultivating relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Answer to every incoming call and respond to e-mails for Flex sales penetration & growth.
• Handle Flex sales requests by taking relevant actions both internally and externally with the suppliers (if needed) & ensure that customer’s request will be served.
• Act as the owner and follow up all requests until they are closed.
• Handle client requests in timely manner and cultivate a professional yet friendly relationship with key contacts.
• Prepare and send proposals to clients within the agreed timeframe.
• Create & handle Flex sales bookings & relevant communications.
• Ensure that bookings are logged quickly and with accuracy.
• Ensure that all reports around Flex sales are provided to clients (internal & external) in accuracy and within the agreed time frame.
• Keep the sales information systems updated including Salesforce Flex requests.
• Coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that clients’ requests are handled efficiently.
• Handle and resolve client complaints by effectively communicate with the relevant departments - suppliers.
• Log all interactions with clients in the relevant CRM tool & Booking machine.
• Handle tele-sales by providing quotes & immediate vehicle availability for Mobility sales growth.
• Identify and escalate situations requiring attention.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines and ensure that the communication style is in line with the Company’s General Rules and brand identity.
• Meet all agreed SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Customer services experience over the telephone

• Excellent Customer service skills

• Excellent administrative skills

• Ability to type with speed and accuracy

• Knowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applications

• Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes

• Good command of English - verbal and written

• IT literate

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written

• Strong listening skills

• Ability to work under pressure and keep calm under stressful conditions
