Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 annually plus commission and bonus opportunities. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a solutions selling environment focused on Machine Tools in the manufacturing space.
- Ability to travel locally in the following regions: Delaware, Southeast Pennsylvania (Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties) and Southern New Jersey (Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Burlington, Ocean and Salem Counties). - Some overnight travel may be required at times.
Computer Skills:
- CRM Mastery (Salesforce / Phillips CRM) – Expert-level opportunity management, forecasting, lead qualification, and activity tracking to drive accuracy and accountability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Interpreting sales, margin, pipeline, and territory data to make strategic, insight-driven decisions.
- Technical Product Configuration Tools – Using machine tool configurators, pricing tools, and option-selection software to build optimal customer solutions.
- Presentation & Visualization Software – Creating compelling customer-facing presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides) that translate complex manufacturing technology into clear value.
- Digital Communication & Collaboration Tools – Efficient use of email, Teams/Zoom, shared workspaces, and calendar systems to manage complex customer and team interactions.
