Summary: Huda Beauty is seeking a talented Sales & Education Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our brand, driving sales, strengthening retailer relationships, and educating both Beauty Advisors and customers on our products and artistry. Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, you will make a significant impact by inspiring others through education and delivering results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, skilled at relationship building, and eager to help us revolutionize the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Education

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-store training programs, ensuring effective implementation and localisation of training materials within the region.
• Upskill Beauty Advisors in sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional artistry skills to drive performance.
• Lead and manage large-scale training initiatives, including classroom-based sessions and convention-style regional trainings.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Global and Regional HQ training teams to ensure alignment.
• Support and coach Beauty Advisors before and during all retail animations to maximise return on investment.
• Collaborate with PR teams by supporting brand-led masterclasses and educational events.
• Manage and control product incentives, training kits, and educational tools in partnership with retailers and in-store teams.

Sales & Commercial Excellence

• Act as a brand ambassador by leading from the front on the shop floor and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor, report, and follow up on stock availability and tester maintenance to support optimal sales performance.
• Ensure all gondolas, fixtures, and counters consistently meet brand hygiene and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer insights, and commercial opportunities to drive sales initiatives and events.
• Build strong partnerships with Floor Managers and Store Directors to elevate brand visibility and performance.
• Support and execute in-store trade animations in key retail locations.
• Deliver consumer-facing masterclasses to enhance brand engagement and conversion.

Reporting & Administration

• Partner closely with the Line Manager to plan and manage calendars, aligning sales and education strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance reporting for agency staff supporting animations and events.
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and training programs, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accurately log all store visits, training sessions, and sales achievements, providing regular reports and actionable feedback to management.

Travel & Expense Management

• Travel extensively (up to 80%) across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to support business needs.
• Participate in regional and international travel within APAC for key events and high-level trainings as required.
• Support APAC-wide training initiatives at the request of the General Manager, APAC.
• Manage travel planning and expenses responsibly, ensuring compliance with company policies, budgets, and expense guidelines.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within beauty retail and sales environments.
• Proven experience within the prestige beauty sector; Sephora experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience delivering education and training across multiple formats, including in-store, classroom, and large-scale convention settings.
• Formal qualifications in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience are preferred; however, candidates with strong amateur-level artistry who can showcase advanced creative and technical skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities autonomously, and take ownership of outcomes in a field-based role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
• Results-driven mindset with strong leadership qualities and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a high standard of professional email communication.
• Flexible and willing to travel frequently across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to meet business needs.
