Sobre esta vaga de Sales & Customer Support Executive na Universal Business Team
Sales & Customer Support Executive
Role: Full-time, Sales & Customer Support Executive
Location: Thetford - Office based role - Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30
Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, solving problems and making things happen?
We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team and become a key part of the customer journey. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the person customers can rely on, responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and making sure problems are resolved quickly and professionally.
Working closely with our Account Managers, Business Development Managers and wider teams, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day customer requirements and help keep everything moving smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for an allocated portfolio of customers.
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email with speed, professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders from enquiry through to fulfilment.
- Building strong product knowledge so you can recommend suitable solutions and alternatives.
- Taking ownership of customer problems and working with internal teams to find solutions.
- Following up on quotations and enquiries to make sure opportunities don’t get missed.
- Spotting potential sales opportunities and passing them to the relevant salesperson.
- Keeping customer, quotation and order information accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Operations, Purchasing and Finance to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
You’ll beorganised, proactive and naturally customer-focused, with a genuine desire to get things done properly.
You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple enquiries and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. You’ll communicate confidently and professionally, both on the phone and in writing, and you’ll look for solutions rather than simply explaining why something can’t be done.
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar environment would be beneficial, but attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn are just as important. You’ll need to be confident using technology and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes ownership. When a customer has a problem, you’ll want to solve it, not simply pass it on.
Benefits
We have grown into a trusted supplier of furnishings to the healthcare market, helping transform care environments through thoughtfully designed products, outstanding service and practical solutions.
We’re an ambitious, growing team and we’re looking for people who want to make a genuine difference to our customers and to the way we work.
Our culture is built around five simple values:
Team Player. Customer Advocate. Reliable. Humble. Hungry.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
