KEY FUNCTIONS

• Provide service excellent to customers and generate additional sales, while processing sale transactions

• To ensure that all steps are followed as it relates to all forms of payment

• Arrange and display goods on the sales floor to facilitate easy, speedy and safe access

• Merchandising

• Effectively order goods from the warehouse and other retail floors

• Respond to customers’ inquiries, complaints and product queries

• Assist with stock take

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service skills

• Five CXC passes at General proficiency level including Mathematics and English Language

• At least one (1) year sales experience in the retail industry

• Computer literate in at least Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word 

• Ability to act independently while performing required tasks

• Ability to use tact and courtesy at all times

• Good written and oral communication skills 

• Ability to work well with other employees 

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to coordinate activities between different locations

• Ability to get individual and group tasks completed efficiently and on a timely basis
