About the role
As a Sales Back Office Associate at Infobip Brazil, you will support the Sales Acceleration team by keeping essential sales operations accurate, organized, and moving forward. This is an associate-level role with a strong focus on administrative and operational work, Salesforce data management, account administration, billing support, pricing updates, and reporting.
You will work primarily with internal stakeholders, helping them coordinate requests and follow established procedures. Direct external customer-facing experience is not required for the role today, although the work may evolve to include more partner or customer interaction over time.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer account information, sales records, and related data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Support sales representatives and other internal stakeholders with account administration and sales-related requests.
- Coordinate requests, tickets, agreement follow-ups, and other operational tasks, prioritizing work according to urgency and business impact.
- Support billing operations, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and the resolution of billing questions or disputes.
- Update pricing information and price lists in line with internal procedures and company policies.
- Prepare and review reports on sales activity, revenue, and customer accounts, contributing to basic analysis and follow-up.
- Follow established processes and procedures, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales back-office processes and contribute to practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, operational, sales support, or back-office role.
- Experience supporting account administration or maintaining CRM records is an advantage.
- Familiarity with billing, invoicing, payment tracking, or related financial processes.
- Experience preparing reports and working with data.
- Familiarity with pricing updates or price list maintenance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing requests and prioritize them based on urgency and business impact.
- Comfortable following established procedures while working effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
