Job Description
岗位职责
1. 负责渠道各类投资费用的合规性、合理性研判，搭建费用投入评估逻辑，开展常态化终端落地稽查，杜绝低效投放、虚假执行及资源浪费。
2. 负责口香糖市场份额提升专项项目的全程稽核、落地跟进与效果复盘，监督区域执行质量，推动品类销量与市场份额稳步提升。
3. 承接销售体系重点案件、渠道异常、窜货、费用违规等专项核查工作，完成线索取证、事实核查、责任界定，提供全方位案件支撑。
4. 深度理解销售生意逻辑与渠道运营模式，常态化开展生意复盘，识别业务漏洞、经营风险及增长问题，输出专业评估结论。
5. 运用财务分析思维对渠道投入产出进行研判，评估费用投放有效性，沉淀费用管控标准，降低公司销售费用风险。
6. 整合、提炼海量销售、终端、费用数据，形成结构化分析结论，为策略优化、区域整改、资源调整提供数据支撑。
7. 负责对内跨部门协同（销售、财务、市场）及对外经销商、终端对接，高效推进稽查、整改、项目落地工作。
8. 定期输出客观、清晰的稽查报告、项目复盘、案件总结及高层汇报材料，持续优化稽查流程与管控体系。
任职要求
1. 具备优秀的生意分析能力，熟悉快消销售业务全链路，可独立评估市场动作与渠道经营合理性。
2. 具备财务分析能力，能够精准判断渠道投资费用的合规性、合理性与投入产出质量。
3. 具备优秀的数据敏感度与海量数据整合、提炼、归纳能力，擅长用数据发现问题、落地结论。
4. 具备良好的内外部跨部门沟通协调能力，能够独立推进复杂核查及整改项目。
5. 具备极强的逻辑思维与汇报呈现能力，输出内容公正、客观、条理清晰。
6. 原则性强、抗压性高，做事严谨公正，具备稽查岗位职业操守。
