REEBOK SALES ASSOCIATE

Position Overview

The Reebok Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and supporting the overall success of the store. This role requires a customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven individual who is passionate about footwear, apparel, fitness, and the Reebok brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome and engage every customer with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Build meaningful customer relationships and create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Demonstrate and sell Reebok footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Consistently work toward and achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Drive key performance metrics including Conversion, Average Unit Retail (AUR), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
• Suggest complementary products and accessories to increase the overall transaction.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and actively look for opportunities to close sales.

Store Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain proper product presentation.
• Assist with shipment processing, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Teamwork & Brand Representation

• Work collaboratively with Store Management and fellow associates to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a winning team culture.
• Represent the Reebok brand professionally at all times.
• Stay informed about current products, promotions, campaigns, and company initiatives.
• Support other team members and contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
