What you'll do:

Own end-to-end handling of all inbound sales leads, including lead follow-up and basic conversion.

Identify high-value potential leads and escalate timely to senior sales personnel for further nurturing and closure.

Provide daily operational support for key corporate accounts, including resolving order-related issues and after-sales coordination.

Manage fleet and driver arrangement & coordination work, and follow up on compensation process flows.
What we are looking for:

1-3 years prior working experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Sales, preferably within Platform, Logistics or Professional service industries.
- Hands-on, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Urdu/Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
