We are looking for a sales champion who shares our values to join our team as Sales Assistant/Cashier. The ideal candidate is reliable and customer-focused. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent service to our customers while efficiently handling sales transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner

• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed

• Assist with inventory counts and stock management

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude

• Follow all store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Five CSEC passes at General Level inclusive of English Language

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
