OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the DRC Country Head, the Sales and Marketing Manager will spearhead all sales and marketing initiatives, driving Kiswishi City's growth. The role holder will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, boost property sales, and solidify our position as Africa's premier SEZ mixed-use development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Marketing and Sales Initiatives

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with Kiswishi City's business objectives.
• Create and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the real estate development.
• Develop sales strategies and approaches for Kiswishi SEZ products, including special promotions and sponsored events.

Brand Development & Management

• Drive the evolution and protection of Kiswishi City's brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral for different property segments (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, social media

strategy, and online campaigns.

Sales Support & Business Development

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
• Plan and execute high-impact property launch and marketing events.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze Lubumbashi real estate market trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information to enhance marketing and sales performance.
• Research, prepare, and share industry-related news summaries with Management.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with sales, development, and other departments.

Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Sales, marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive Business Development and marketing experience, with at least 3 years management experience in real estate, construction or property development.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies
• Experience in the West African market is highly advantageous.
