More About This Role

Ensure sales and distribution results across the assigned territory, leading the development and execution of the Commercial Plan. Manage commercial negotiations with distributors, lead the sales team's development, and guarantee compliance with the specialized distribution model in terms of Availability and Visibility.

What You Need to Know About This Position

• Accompany the KAM in field execution, ensuring sales reps and merchandisers deliver on business development programs.
• Own all territory KPIs: Sales Quota, Coverage, Effectiveness, MSL, Credit Days, and Profitability.
• Analyze market and competition to identify growth opportunities and improve sales service and deliveries.
• Optimize sales routes and oversee distributor logistics.
• Negotiate monthly volumes (Sales, Purchases & Indicators) with distributors and propose Route to Market improvements.
• Coach, develop, and follow up with the sales team.
• Generate daily sales tracking reports and critical insights for decision-making.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• Intermediate English level (plus, not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Specific Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Traditional Trade within FMCG or multinational companies.
• Proven skills in client negotiation and team management.
• Strategic thinking, results orientation, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
• Attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to earn trust from experienced teams are highly valued.
