Fixed Term Contract of 6 Months

Purpose

The Sales Administration Trainee will support the sales team by ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce and assisting with basic administrative tasks. This role helps maintain smooth sales operations and reliable client records.

Principal Accountabilities

• Enter and update client and prospect information in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Ensure customer details are complete and all required KYC documents are properly recorded.
• Assist in preparing and filing contracts, proposals, and follow-up documents.
• Support the sales team with routine administrative tasks when needed.
• Help maintain departmental KPIs and reporting by updating data in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments (HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure data consistency.
• Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes within the department.
• Provide basic support in responding to customer requests and forwarding them to the appropriate team members

Knowledge & Experience:

• HSC qualification preferred
• Experience in a sales administration department of a service company of equivalent size preferred.
• Good command of computer tools (Word/Excel) and telephone tools
• Good knowledge of accountancy / good facility with figures
• Experience in preparation of contract is a plus
