As a Risk & Reg - TM & KYC professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients, offering guidance on compliance strategies and assisting clients in navigating intricate regulatory environments.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide compliance guidance and risk mitigation strategies for clients
- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights
- Implementing compliance frameworks and conducting compliance audits to validate adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborating with teams to enhance internal controls and governance structures
- Conducting risk analysis and monitoring to identify potential compliance issues and recommend solutions
- Developing and delivering compliance training programs to educate clients on regulatory requirements
- Leveraging digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to optimize compliance processes and reporting
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
