Role Summary
The Graphic & Visual Design Analyst provides design support for sales pursuits, proposals, RFx responses, presentations, and client-facing deliverables. This role transforms complex business and technical information into clear visual communications using presentation design, graphic design, and digital design tools. The position collaborates with Solution Advisors, sales teams, and stakeholders to create high-quality, brand-compliant deliverables while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance visual assets for proposals, RFx responses, presentations, and client deliverables across digital and print formats.
- Convert complex business, consulting, and technical content into visual communications, including:
- Infographics
- Charts and data visualizations
- Illustrations
- Presentation layouts
- Executive-level presentations
- Create digital concepts, layouts, prototypes, and user-facing design assets using Figma.
- Collaborate with Solution Advisors, designers, pursuit teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define visual approaches that support sales objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with Accenture brand standards, approved templates, client requirements, and quality expectations.
- Conduct design quality reviews, including:
- Layout and formatting accuracy
- Typography and visual hierarchy
- Brand consistency
- Presentation readiness
- Overall client-facing quality
- Incorporate feedback and complete revision cycles within pursuit deadlines.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting established timelines and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of reusable design assets, templates, quality frameworks, and process improvements.
- Stay current with design best practices, collaboration tools, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted design workflows.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional design experience may be considered.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Graphic Design
- Visual Design
- Presentation Design
- Design Quality Review
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, including:
- Collaborative design workflows
- Components and design systems
- Layout creation
- Interactive prototyping
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Acrobat
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, with the ability to create executive-level client deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Layout and composition
- Typography
- Color theory
- Visual hierarchy
- Information design
Professional Skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, client-ready deliverables with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple assignments and competing priorities within deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to align working hours with supported Market Units or business requirements during active pursuits.

- Review and refinement of AI-generated content
- Experience working in global organizations with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
