Fuelled by passion, KAYALI was founded in 2018 by beauty mogul and fragrance fanatic, Mona Kattan. Translating to ‘my imagination’ in Arabic, KAYALI provides a modern fragrance experience inspired by Mona’s rich Middle Eastern heritage and the art of layering scents to help you create your mood; where sharing scents is a ritual and smelling good is both an act of goodwill and self-love. Mona collaborates with some of the world’s most renowned perfumers and sources the finest ingredients to create unique juices that are infinitely memorable, long-lasting, and cruelty-free. Key Responsibilities

KAYALI is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant for the Selfridges Trafford Centre counter in Manchester. As the representative of the brand on counter, you will bring the world of KAYALI to life through exceptional customer service, fragrance expertise, and strong sales performance. You will create a memorable and personalised experience for every client, using fragrance discovery and KAYALI layering techniques to drive engagement, loyalty, and commercial success.

Customer Experience & Selling

• Deliver a luxury, personalized service to every customer.
• Guide customers through Kayali’s scent families, layering techniques, and brand storytelling.
• Support the counter in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product benefits, innovation, and brand DNA.
• Participate in ongoing training to refine selling and fragrance education skills.
• Confidently communicate the Kayali brand message and visual identity.

Operational Support

• Support stock checks, replenishment, and tester upkeep.
• Maintain merchandising and hygiene standards throughout the counter.
• Assist with operational tasks to always ensure counter readiness.
• Support in-store events, sampling activity, and masterclass moments.
• Drive traffic through proactive customer outreach and traffic-stopping.
  
  Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience within beauty, fragrance, or luxury.
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills with a passion for fragrance.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching new customers.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work weekends, late nights, and peak periods as required
