Our Fine Watches department plays an important part in this, and our Retail Managers are central to delivering that experience. As a Retail Manager within Fine Watches, you'll lead from the front, setting standards, developing your team and driving performance in an environment where service, expertise and attention to detail are paramount. You will lead with presence, set the rhythm on the shop floor and create an environment where teams can perform at their highest level.

About the Role

As a Retail Manager in Fine Watches, you'll take ownership of your area and lead it with clarity, confidence and purpose. You'll be a visible presence on the shop floor, guiding your team to deliver the levels of service and expertise our customers expect. Your leadership will directly influence sales performance, customer experience and team engagement within one of Harrods' most prestigious retail environments.

You will be responsible for…

• Providing coaching, feedback and clear direction to build a high-performing team that consistently delivers against commercial and service objectives.
• Using data and insight to understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions that support departmental success.
• Working closely with your General Retail Manager and brand partners to ensure operational excellence across all areas, from service delivery and stock control to the high standards that define the Harrods experience.

• Bring experience from luxury retail, fine watches, jewellery or another high-service, client-focused environment.
• Be adaptable, resilient and passionate about delivering excellence in every customer interaction, with a genuine commitment to the highest standards.
• Demonstrate leadership grounded in authenticity, ambition and a belief in what a high-performing team can achieve together.
