RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research, propose, and prepare comprehensive plans for retail experience projects to be executed across CHARLES & KEITH stores globally
• Develop global retail engagement plans aimed at enhancing customer interaction and creating memorable retail engagement experiences
• Perform analysis of market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative customer-centric experiences aligned with brand objectives
• Explore and recommend digital transformation tools that enhance retail experiences and operational efficiency
• Collaborate in the creative development of assets, guidelines, and standard operating procedures, ensuring global execution consistency
• Stay informed about emerging trends in retail, technology, and consumer behavior, contributing actionable ideas for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and merchandising, to ensure successful implementation of projects
• Support effective communication practices aligned with CHARLES & KEITH brand strategy, promoting a unified store experience
• Take on additional responsibilities, projects, and strategic initiatives as required, in response to evolving business priorities and organisational needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma and above in Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Visual Communication, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in retail, visual merchandising, and project management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop
• Strong visual communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts through visual elements
• Strong analytical thinking skills for generating actionable insights
• Familiarity with CHARLES & KEITH products, brand values, and market positioning is preferred
• Keen interest in retail industry trends and digital tools that enhance user experience
• Commitment to upholding grooming and behavior standards that align with CHARLES & KEITH brand identity
• Adherence to company policies and procedures, fostering ethical conduct and a positive work environment
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional collaboration abilities
