Job Description

MISIÓN:

Prestar asesoría legal a la compañía en asuntos de derecho comercial, antitrust, contractuales, consumidor y societarios. Adicional, dar soporte en litigios de consumidor y comerciales.

FUNCIONES/RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Prestar asesoría legal al equipo Comercial en estructuras de negocio, contractuales, antitrust y gestión legal del día a día.
• Prestar soporte legal en asuntos de consumidor y publicitarios.
• Redactar y negociar contratos.
• Prestar asesoría en antitrust.
• Liderar los litigios de consumidor, y dar soporte a demás litigios comerciales.

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA:

Profesional en Derecho.

EXPERIENCIA:

Mínimo 3 años como abogado en firma de abogados o como abogado in-house. Experiencia en derecho comercial, competencia, fortaleza en contratos y asuntos societarios.
Experiencia sólida en protección al consumidor.

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS:

• Muy buen dominio de Inglés.
• Conocimiento de marcas y propiedad intelectual.
