Essential Functions: The Trainer of Ventilator Assisted Care Program plans, organizes and implements home and community-based trainings for the assigned patient group. Develops goals and objectives to achieve appropriate training as requested/needed by various agencies and staff caring for the clients in the community.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Pediatrics. (CHNOLA)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (CHNOLA)
• Required: Graduate from AMA School of RT (CHNOLA)

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Certification Name: Certified Respiratory Therapist

  • Issuer: National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Licensure Speciality: Certification
  • Entity: CHNOLA

• Certification Name: Licensed Respiratory Therapist

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Communication and customer relation skills.

• Computer skills, computer programs, give presentations and coordinate events.
