Lead a Resort Rich in History, Nature and Opportunity

Set across 55 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, Club Wyndham Ballarat blends Australian history, natural beauty and memorable holiday experiences. Home to a stunning heritage-listed mansion built in 1878, the resort sits amongst picturesque gardens, rolling lawns and a peaceful lake, all just under two hours from Melbourne.

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take the helm of Club Wyndham Ballarat, leading a passionate team and shaping the future of one of regional Victoria's most unique resort destinations.

As Resort Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the resort, leading a passionate team, delivering memorable owner and guest experiences, and driving strong commercial outcomes. You'll be equally comfortable supporting day-to-day operations as you are developing strategy, building local partnerships and creating a positive, high-performing culture.

How You'll Shine

• Lead the overall operation and performance of the resort.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team committed to exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive resort performance through sound financial management and commercial decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with owners, guests, suppliers, local tourism partners and community stakeholders.
• Champion service excellence and create memorable holiday experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards across safety, compliance, presentation and asset management.
• Foster a positive and engaged team culture that reflects our values and brand.

About You

• Proven leadership experience within a hotel, resort or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and business performance.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• The ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational demands.
• Experience in accommodation, tourism, sales or revenue management will be highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
