The Role As a Reservations Trainee, you will be trained and will support the reservations team in daily operations, gaining practical experience in managing requests, entering reservations, and providing guest service.

A Day at Work Effective reservations management is based on accuracy, communication, and prompt service. A typical day in the Reservations Department may include:

• Supporting the management of incoming reservation requests via phone and email.
• Updating and entering reservation details into the hotel systems.
• Providing information regarding the group's hotels, services, and room types.
• Supporting the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the data and information entered into the systems.
• Applying the service and hospitality standards of the Mar-Bella Collection.

Requirements

Is it You? Key qualifications:

• Currently studying or recently graduated from a Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field program.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
